How I can
support you.
Most sessions are held virtually. Whether you are new to therapy or returning to it, the first step is simply a conversation.
Individual Therapy
A space that belongs entirely to you.
- Anxiety & stress
- Grief & loss
- Identity & self-worth
- Fertility & family building
- Life transitions
- Queer & racialized experiences
- Non-monogamy & relationship structures
Sometimes the most radical thing we can do is turn toward ourselves with honesty and care. Individual therapy offers a private, unhurried space to explore the patterns, wounds, and possibilities that live beneath the surface of everyday life.
Whether you're navigating something specific — anxiety, grief, a relationship that isn't working, a transition you didn't choose — or simply carrying a quiet sense that something needs to shift, this work meets you where you are.
Sessions are 50 minutes and held virtually. We move at the pace that feels right for you.
Couples Therapy
For the relationship, and for each person in it.
- Communication & conflict
- Intimacy & connection
- Trust & repair
- Non-monogamy & ethical relationship structures
- Parenting together
- Life transitions as a couple
Relationships are mirrors. They show us things about ourselves that are difficult to see alone — our attachment patterns, our fears, the ways we reach for connection and the ways we pull back from it.
Couples work is not about deciding who is right. It is about understanding the dynamic between two people — what has calcified, what is still possible, and what both people need in order to feel genuinely seen.
This work requires a willingness to be honest, to be uncomfortable, and to stay curious about your partner even when it is hard. If that resonates, I would welcome a conversation.
Group Therapy
Healing in the presence of others.
- Connection & belonging
- Shared experience
- Interpersonal growth
- Community & support
There is something that happens in a group that cannot happen in individual work alone. When we witness others naming what we have never been able to say ourselves, something shifts. We feel less alone. We begin to understand that our struggles are not personal failures — they are human experiences.
Groups are carefully held spaces with clear boundaries and a shared commitment to confidentiality and care. If you are curious about whether group therapy might be right for you, reach out and we can talk it through.
